Greg & Anja Williams

Greg and Anja were married in December 2007 at Avianto in Muldersdrift. We had our capable hands full all day, with a different hair upstyle required for the bride as well as for each of her four bridesmaids. We even managed a little something special for the two proud moms.

You will need to come in for two trials:

• the first trial is for a meet and greet and to discuss what you have in mind, as well as to do a dry mock-up.
• the second trial, done two weeks before the wedding, involves a blow-dry, full upstyle and pin-up, which allows us to calculate how long it will take on the day and ensures that you are happy with the look.
• your veil and/or tiara must be brought with you to the second trial, as well as any other hair accessories that you may wish to use on the day.

• on the day, please make sure make-up artists are scheduled to arrive at the same time as your stylist to avoid time clashes and to avoid running late.
• your make-up should preferably be done before your hair stylist begins working on you.
• be sure to use a make-up artist who understands the look you are after and that will be able to complement your theme and hairstyle,
• if you want to use a tiara, please be sure to get one without a comb. We will secure it using pins.
• your veil should always be separate to your tiara if you plan on using both. A combined tiara and veil is difficult to work with and can be problematic removing after the ceremony.

Wedding rates

The Bride’s first trial is a flat rate of R190, and the second trial is half what the cost will be on the day. Bride upstyle prices on the wedding day start from R380 up to R1,400 depending on how technical the hair upstyle is.

Bridesmaids should have at least one trial two weeks prior to the wedding to discuss their hair upstyle and to have a dry mock-up done, at a flat rate of R190 each. Bridesmaids’ prices on the day start from R310 to R750 each depending on how technical the hair upstyle is.

We can also do mothers, flowergirls and grandmothers at a flat rate depending on your requirements. Children’s upstyles are charged at between R130 to R250 each.
