On order values below R380 the delivery charge is R35 for next-day courier.*
* These delivery fees only apply to domestic to-door and post office deliveries that weigh less than 10kgs. Free delivery is calculated per parcel after promotional vouchers and special discounts have been deducted. To-door deliveries are made where available, all other orders will be couriered to post office counter. Please note that as of 25 August 2010, we will no longer ship via Insured Parcel Post except for orders containing aerosol products (due to airline restrictions on aerosols).
Edge Hair endeavours to ship all orders within 24 hours (weekdays only) of each fully paid-for order from confirmed cleared funds, but due to factors that may be outside of our control or stock shortages, orders may take up to three (3) days to ship. All stock remains the property of Edge Hair until paid for in full.*
Please note:
* We do our best to ship orders on the same business day as payment clears, where stock is on hand and provided the order is placed and payment has cleared before our 12am cut-off time for booking our courier.
All orders are shipped by next-day courier where available, or to-counter in remote areas (we will advise you if to-door courier is not available).
We are unable to ship to the following addresses as it is prohibitively expensive: Universities, Hospitals, Government Offices, Embassies and Consulates. Please rather specify a postal address if you have no alternate physical delivery address (we prefer to ship to business addresses where possible).
The South African Post Office does not notify you of the arrival of Speed Services couriered items. Please visit your post office after 10:30 on the next business day after your order shipped with your tracking number to claim your order if your order is being shipped to-counter.
To-door couriered items may arrive at any time between 9:00 and 16:00 during business hours on the next business weekday after your order shipped.
