What payment methods are available?
You can (1) use your credit card securely online, paying either from your straight or budget account; (2) perform an EFT to our bank account, or; (3) deposit funds directly into our account at your nearest Standard Bank or FNB branch. Simply select your preferred payment method at checkout. Please forward proof of payment to us for EFT's and direct deposits by fax (011) 888-7710 or email info@edgehair.co.za.
What is your returns policy?
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please return your purchase to us within 14 days for replacement or a full refund of the invoiced purchase price (excluding ghd stylers*). Returns are subject to a 14% handling fee, and must be returned in their original packaging and in an unused, saleable condition. e&oe, t's&c's apply. *ghd styler returns are handled directly by ghd South Africa. Please see below for returns details.

Absolutely. Please feel free to call or email in your order if you prefer. Please note that while we endeavour to always be available to take your call during working hours, leave us a detailed voicemail if we are unavailable and we will get back to you as soon as we can.
How do I activate my warranty for my new ghd styler
Visit www.ghd.co.za (www.ghdhair.com/za) and register your styler to activate your 2-year warranty. NB: DO NOT REMOVE any of the holographic barcodes from your styler, or attempt to change or alter the standard 2-pin plug on your styler, as this may invalidate your warranty.
I have a problem with my ghd styler. What do I do?
Visit http://www.ghdhair.com/za/customer-care/returns and follow the detailed instructions, or phone ghd on 086 010 9366. ghd will then arrange to collect your styler free-of-charge from you (for in-warranty issues).
